How to connect with your client and solve client problems before they happen?
You know by now that everything you do in business is client centered. And, if you keep that in mind, you will have fewer client problems!
- How can you care about someone else’s problems, when you don’t even understand your own? You begin understanding your own business when you have a foundation to start with.
Working and caring for your clients, and prospects, includes understanding your business mission, vision and objectives – developing an action plan and systems, in relation to your services, products, and programs. Each step is planned to move you towards your vision and achieving your goals. If you are serious about business and success, which really is the biggest issue!
When you have mapped out your journey, have a plan, you will have less client problems to deal with, and you will stop money leaks – and the BIGGY Generate More Income!
- Mission Statements are not about money, but about meeting the client’s needs. Your focus is your client, balanced with your business needs.
- Vision Statements will have a huge influence on decision making and the way you allocate resources. A vision statement doesn’t tell you how you’re going to get there, it sets the direction for your business planning. That’s why it’s important when crafting a vision statement to let your imagination go and dare to dream – and why it’s important that a vision statement captures your passion. Where do you expect/want to be in 6 months?
- Here you want to simply say what YOUR business will look like “ultimately.” Will you be a best-selling author? A local celebrity? Internet star? Or have a simple business? Consider the activity you’ll be engaged in most at that time (writing, coaching, speaking), and what you’ll be earning at that time.
3. Business Client Relationship Objectives – This is your client care framework – using strategic systems and solutions
- Delivering Superior Client Care – Strong client connections not only build loyalty, but also drive repeat purchases and referrals by ‘raving fans’ for your brand.
Avoiding client problems!
But before we set out on these steps, we need to understand that any form of generating a client relationship program requires: collecting client information; systematic processes; how you (the leader) and your habits – routines – affects the outcome – analytics; client reasoning (the purpose of reasoning is to use the information learned to effectively solve client problems).
- It is not just a technology decision. It is a change in client care and nurturing techniques that are in part enabled by technology.
