There are three main principles to business strategies online, that are very similar to a brick and mortar store.
Business strategies online mainly are to
**KNOW YOUR AUDIENCE, DRIVE TRAFFIC & CONVERT TRAFFIC.**
Online successes go beyond designing your blog or website, or even social media…
Because it all means nothing if no one sees it.
As a business, a blogger, or someone on Social Media wanting to attract followers, you are a always in the business of attracting readers ~ customers as a marketer.
You need to produce a constant flow of new relevant content, from your blog posts and social media updates, engaging with your audience, including your videos, ebooks, or tele-classes.
Your voice is your content and it improves your search engine rankings, driving traffic to your blogs, websites, social media, even as your content is also helping to nurture existing leads and customers.
Two methods, of my starting strategies for online marketing, driving traffic, and building my lists were and always are:
- SEO – Search Engine Optimization
- Social Media for relationship building and business.
Well, it became a challenge for me to build my business online organically – that means without paying for advertisements to boost my site getting noticed. So, I had to learn how SEO and Social Media could do it for me.
Yes, it took a bit longer.
But, my strategy also involved me being the Business Coach for entrepreneurs that wanted grow their business online. So I have to know what I’m doing!
Training small businesses about Internet Marketing successes and attracting more customers online is part of my own business strategy and as an Internet Marketing Coach, I give more online power to others.
A big part of business strategies online is to know who your audience is.
==> My audience is small businesses and Conscious Entrepreneurs who need help with the practical sides of growing their businesses offline, even while using Internet Marketing to explode into a larger ‘Stratosphere’ of their business.
So an important 3rd method for business online strategies is to understand the importance of who you want to be reading your content online.
How will you attract, drive traffic, with your content and transform their lives, or businesses?
Your business strategies online are to continually come up with creative content topics that are relevant, helpful, and entertaining for your ideal audience, your readers.

“Coach Donna reached out to me to try to find out more about my business and my goals, not just in business, but in life. She has a great warmth and desire to help people find solutions that are best for the person rather than her own bottom line. Even though she didn’t know it at the time, I was definitely looking for a more systematic approach to building a business. I would recommend her to anyone seeking to build their business.”
