Do You Use Search Engine And Content Marketing?

Search-Engine-and-Content-MarketingSearch engine and content marketing can have hundreds of ways to help rank a blog, from tweeting your link to getting major magazine articles using your content.

Now I’d like to share, just a bit, about the search engine and content marketing process you can use for optimizing your site’s results using organic search routines, only.

As a blogger you’re very aware of and accustomed to using the ideas and methods of content marketing as your ‘go-to’ tools.

Even with your tools, and successes allow me to ask you, does this feel familiar?

“The easiest job on earth is starting a blog but the toughest job is maintaining it.” (anonymous)

So you know that search engine and content marketing does affect your online rankings.

  • You’re a savvy blogger putting out valuable content consistently.
  • And, you know the need to be SEO savvy.

Because using search engine and content marketing together to boost your rankings, is key.

★  And the great news is that with consistent progress comes even better results. ★

What about some of those search engine and content marketing tactics to achieve and improve your traffic goals?

Your Areas of Excellence

#1 Tactics used – (just a few)

  • Everyone Loves Traffic – write out your own tactics, and learn more. Do your research. Find out what your audience needs and values are.
  • SEO Basics – check out the image above – Google’s SEO Starter Guide. SEO isn’t magic.  Just put the write keywords in the right places on your site – including your blog post titles and all of your content.
  • SEO Copywriting – What does that mean and why is it important to your blog?  Create really valuable content that people will want to link to. Launch content that’s powerful and captivating, base it in keywords, promote that content, and collect high quality links.

#2 Social media value

Promoting effectively, is you understanding the value of your Social Media impression made through your networking and engagement.

  • This is you earning media avenues for your content.

#3 Goals

Great – You’ve reached your goals of knowing your audience better and have your own keyword intelligence that’s relevant to your niche!

  • That translates into your own one of a kind ability to create highly relatable content that helps your site visitors find you and want more of your now boosted credibility.

You’re talking in the words that your audience understands and searches for.

  • Communicating and satisfying their needs, even as you’re getting found.
  • Finding at least 15 of your keywords and using them regularly – are one of the most crucial pieces to successful search engine optimization (SEO) for your online sites.

#4 Measurements

How’s it working?

Having a detailed search engine and content marketing strategy helps:

  • Using a successful tracking ROI checkup regularly – that’s knowing the return of your time and money investment put into your search engine and content marketing.
  • Review and improve your effectiveness in each area so you can profit from your content promotions.

#5 Challenges

This is a huge challenge ~ Sharing your content and organizing your SEO and promotion with systems that help effectively use your tactics and online promotion channels.

  • Even with the abundance of resources and information out there, it can be hard to figure out what to actually do in order to achieve success with your planning.

Yes – you already know. . .Compelling and powerful content is always rule number one.

But just like great content can go unnoticed without promotion:

  • Your great content won’t rank well in search engines if you don’t make it clear what your content is supposed to rank for.
  • That’s why using search engine and content marketing through your effective SEO and writing is always your goal.

Don’t you think it’s important for you to become your own expert in these areas?

Because never have so many people focused so much on search engine and content marketing as we do today.

Right! The blue/gold dress came to mind. Everyone was posting about it at once, and then it was making people upset to see it so much. I was neutral either way, but I saw a lot of passion going out over it.

Which leads me to a thought for Donna…most people say any attention is good attention, even if the reason for the attention is negative. I’ve never thought about it until now, but blogging seems to be the exception. People like positive in these parts, and move away from ill intent/negative things, and that’s a good thing to be a part of… 🙂

Some of that SEO stuff is completely over my head. I could probably use a good lesson or two in it. Ultimately great content will “sell” (aka be shared) despite the tactics you use. Social media has helped me out the most!
