How to Have More Opportunities to Be Found By Your Audience

opportunities-to-be-found-your-audienceGive yourself more opportunities to be found by your audience!

I’m talking about promoting a consistent flow of great and attraction packed content.

I’ve noticed a lot of murky, confusing messages from online bloggers and businesses.

Think for a moment about what that means.

  • What if you were a marketer?

You’d need to inform and persuade others—through your messages as you went about creating and promoting a consistent flow of great content.

Now, that would create more opportunities to be found by your audience.

Generating opportunities to be found by your audience means writing effective, audience-focused messages.

  • You’d be using strong and familiar words – but not using words like ‘Hard times to ascertain’ and choosing more common sounding words. Something like ‘Get out of your slump and find out through learning’.
  • Plain language works better – so not using buzzwords like “Thinking outside the box”, saying something like ‘Be creative’ can keep your audience’s attention.

With a solid plan in place, you can pick the words and craft your sentences to attract. Which brings more opportunities to be found by your audience.

You need to know the answer to what your audience wants when they ask…

“What’s in this for me?”

People live their lives and make choices based on the WIFM question.

I like the tips about plain language. Sometimes people get so caught up in using buzzwords and jargon that their whole message gets lost. Personally, that kind of talk really turns me off! Good ideas.

Thank you for this great article! As I grow my blog I want to make sure that I am generating sales for my sponsors, but it seems to prove rather difficult for me. I’m pretty sure it’s because I started out as a giveaway blog to grow my followers quite a bit in the beginning, now I still have that tagging along a little bit.
