customers-want-to-be-engagedMost entrepreneurs want to grow and add more customers and boost revenue, because in business, it’s always a good time to focus on revenue.

But, prospective customers

want to be engaged.

What’s that mean for your business?

There are simple, yet powerful strategies that apply to any business.

One of most powerful steps is engaging, involving, and participating with your customers…which involves:

o   Developing and building awareness through consistent education-based, info-marketing, and selling to catch their interest and keep connected to them.

o   Putting this all into systems and auto-pilot.

These powerful steps seem pretty normal – you are connecting with your prospective, and current, customers helping them understand that you are important to them, unique, and approachable.

You say you’re already doing this?

It seems that most entrepreneurs miss out on the proven tactics for how customers want to be engaged, which can give them more power in how to add more customers and boost revenue in a valuable way.

How Customers Want To Be Engaged…

  1. Write out how can you improve the experience you offer, to attract new customers and keep them coming back.
  2. What kind of engagement do your prospective customers expect?
  3. How can you use Social Media and blogging?

You want your ideal customers to say…“Finally, someone who wants to help me has shown up, I want more!”

A smart marketer, has early and continuing interaction, that’s engagement, with ideal prospects before, during and after the sales.

So how do you find out if the solutions, and your interactions are actually working and it’s what they want?

Your job in marketing is being able to capitalize on the insights you receive when you engage with your customers.

A few stay-in touch” tactics and how your customers want to be engaged:

“Thank you to my social media guru, who I met with before my September trip to Africa. She, Coaching Business Entrepreneur, Donna L. Ward, walked me through the blogging process, so I could bring you my updates as I traveled through Kenya and Tanzania. Although I could not always post due to limited connections, with her help, I was able to bring you play by play, day by day accounts of what I was seeing and doing as I traversed across the two countries. Thank you Donna, of course more to come on my December trip – that will be less property site inspection and more of the safari game viewing sites. Set up your own meeting with Ms. Donna, you won’t be sorry.” Safari Kay

For me, one of the main ways to keep customers engaged is to interact with them personally on social media. I never schedule my social media because I want to minister to the people that I’m interacting with, not just post something.
