3 Insider Ways to Boost Your List Using JV Giveaway Events

You can be one of the businesses that build their email list of subscribers with this Joint Venture (JV) Giveaway event!

JV Giveaways are the fastest and least costly ways to give a boost your business and email lists.

It takes some preparation…

#1 To get kick started, you just need a valuable ‘freebie’ gift to share, a landing page to share your lead magnet details on, and an autoresponder to capture subscriber’s information.

What are lead magnets?

A lead magnet is your free, and valuable, offer that you give in exchange for your audience’s email address and name. You have lead magnets to help build your email list. Helping you convert visitors to your website/blog and social media sites into leads.

Examples of lead magnets:

  • E-Books,
  • A list that may be: how to get healthy quickly, what’s needed on vacations, get back into college, straighten out your finances, organization checklist
  • Reports
  • Audios/Videos
  • This year I was able to offer my (Free) 10 Day Get-It-Done Facebook Challenge << Click and take a look

Because…

JV Giveaway events are traffic magnets.

The host of the JV Giveaway events shares all the gifts contributed by the partners to one or more pages.  That means your landing page with your gift will be shared with thousands of possible subscribers to join your list!

  • Site visitors will go to download any gifts of their choice being offered, your gift will be among them if you entered to be a partner and give a gift away.
  • They’ll check out what you offer and put in their email and name to get your great free offer to them.
  • Now you’re building your list with your lead magnet!

Once you have the basics in place it is a simple a method.

You can get excited!

#2 You’ll get visibility for your products and services to hundreds, maybe even thousands, of new people who can join your list and learn more about what you do!

There are lots of different JV Giveaways around.

Basically…

During JV Giveaway events, you get email subscribers that want to receive your lead magnet offers that you’ve promoted with the JV Giveaway.

These events have promotions to the lists of the host and from each participant’s lists and bring in thousands of visitors.  And this particular one has thousands of visitors!!

These visitors then have the opportunity to see your lead magnet!

But wait…

Where does the Traffic Come From?

All of the contributors (like you and me) invite people on their list to the giveaway.

Don’t have a list?

Then you can start today by adding your own offer on your blog and capture a few of your favorite readers’ information.

This is how you get massive visibility and traffic for your work, business, and blog!

Do you see the value?

If you don’t think you need a list, your blogging is doing just fine. Think about this…

I’m talking about bringing new subscriber onto your email list where you can offer more value regularly and with a consistent foundation In place.

Thank you for this very informative post. I know very little about offering giveaways on my blog or building an e-mail list and it’s something I would like to begin doing in the future.

It was only recently that I started promoting other bloggers’ giveaways ans I have to admit that it helped in boosting my list. I am thinking of hosting my own giveaway, too.

Good for you – It’s a lot of techie work for a large giveaway that I’m talking about and lots of time to connect with 100’s of contributors as is in this group – but yours may be a totally different type of giveaway – I’ll be interested in hearing more

Thanks for sharing this — I have never heard of JV giveaways. It sounds like a great way to gather emails from potential followers. I think when you offer something in exchange for a contact name and email address people are more likely to jump on board and share.

This is a great way to grow an email list or even social media. We were asked to be a contributor on a giveaway a while back. Although we didn’t expect a lot out of it, we ended up growing our Facebook page by several hundred people. It was pretty awesome!

Thanks for this info. I admit that I am slacking off majorly in this area. I definitely understand the value of building a list. I even have ideas for opt-in offers. It’s just implementing my ideas that is the problem. This could be a great way to get thing done.
