You can still do marketing with little or no money and get better results than just random tactics to your marketing plan.

Tip #1 This is a powerful strategy for getting potential customers to visit your site.

**Comment on other blogs.**

When you submit your comment on a blog post, you’re asked to include your own website/blog URL.

Someone may read your comment, when they click on your name, they are taken to YOUR site.

==> That links back to your site, this is called a backlink.

AND, Google likes that!

Having a lot of comments can be significant in your Google ranking! (So, please be sure to comment on my blog, regularly!) 🙂

Check out the most popular blogs in your niche, because they have more visitors that will also see your comment.

Then, add an insightful comment in response to the post, including your website URL. Read more

Show the Carrot

Instead of threatening to prevent people from commenting, you may want to consider giving them a positive incentive to comment.

For instance, you could put some lower bound on the number of comments you must receive before you will create another post.
Example:
You might say that you will only post after you have received at least 30 comments from readers.

With this said, it is important that you follow the response to this policy over time. Make sure that readers aren’t simply posting “good work” or “nice post,” but instead are actively participating. Otherwise, this system will not work and you may need to switch to something else. Read more
