“The information you give is priceless –I like how you broke down the steps – but if I have to make up my own steps it takes time. We know it’s our business and work – but, when you say step one through 5 I get it!  My ah-ha moment – was with the plan – a road map – having it planned out – it is like creating how many miles we’ll cover on a trip, when we are going to have lunches – and this is how I’m seeing this business plan – it’s a road map , it may change along the way and that’s OK.” Patty Davis  Owner at Z Sisters

You have a lot of great tips here. I am most intrigued by your golden tip… the meta data. I am just getting more into my blogging so I am going to check this and make sure I have the right description to point potential readers to my blog. Thanks!

I’ve been lacking on my seo, but I get it. I plan to go back through at least the important posts and target my keywords better, along with focusing on the upcomming info.

    Hello Donna,

You made some excellent pointers. With that said, I’ve recently read some studies that show the use of “how to” has become sooo over used, that many potential visitors ignore headlines using it and more often click through to read; why and when. Why you should consider it. When it should be done. Food for thought! Thanks for the share… 🙂

Thanks for your note, Michel – you make some great points – the how does still work and pulls people in – it’s actually what I search for when researching – How to make (say pot roast – or a flower arrangement) so yes it is still used a lot – I believe as much as your great suggestions 🙂
